From August 11 to 17, Prof. Okuda of Ryukoku University visited Vietnam and collaborated with researchers from HUCE to conduct a series of coagulation experiments. The visit provided an opportunity to advance the ongoing experimental work and strengthen research collaboration between the two institutions.

Meanwhile, Mr. Hoa and Mr. Hieu, currently studying at Nagasaki University, visited the An Duong Water Treatment Plant in Hai Phong City from August 13 to 16. This visit followed their fieldwork in the previous month and focused on checking the operational condition of Pilot Unit No. 1 and conducting a range of experiments at the plant.

On August 13, Prof. Okuda traveled to Hai Phong with Mr. Hoa. During the visit, they collected raw water samples from the plant for further experimental analysis. Prof. Okuda subsequently brought the samples back to HUCE, where additional coagulation tests and related analyses were carried out.

The field activities and laboratory experiments carried out during this visit contribute to the continued development of the research project, while also promoting close collaboration among researchers from HUCE, Ryukoku University, and Nagasaki University in the field of water treatment.
